Sculpt Atelier – Terms of Service Eective Date: July 2025 1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or participating in any class, program, or service provided by Sculpt Atelier LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein. These Terms of Service apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our studio and online services. 2. Client Eligibility Clients must be at least 16 years old or have a parent/guardian sign a consent waiver if under 18. Pregnant clients or those with pre-existing medical conditions must provide medical clearance. 3. Health Disclaimer Participation in Sculpt Atelier’s services is at your own risk. By attending classes, you confirm you are physically able to participate in physical activity and have consulted with a healthcare professional if necessary. Sculpt is not liable for injuries sustained as a result of participation. 4. Booking & Cancellations All classes must be booked in advance through our app or website. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled class to avoid penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of class credit or a fee, depending on membership terms. 5. Refund & Membership Policy All sales are final. No refunds on class packages, memberships, or retail purchases. Monthly memberships auto-renew unless canceled in writing with 7 days' notice before the billing cycle. Freezes or extensions may be granted in cases of medical leave with documentation. 6. Studio Etiquette Sculpt is a heated studio, with temperatures maintained between 85–95°F. This environment enhances flexibility, circulation, and overall performance. Clients are encouraged to stay well hydrated and bring a towel and water bottle to every class. Arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted after class begins. Wear grip socks and appropriate fitness attire. Phones must be silenced and stored during class. Respectful behavior is expected toward all sta and clients. 7. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability You voluntarily assume all risk associated with participation in our classes. Sculpt, its sta, and aliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in or around the facility. 8. Personal Belongings Sculpt Atelier LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Lockers may be provided, but use is at your own risk. 9. Media Release By attending classes, you grant permission for Sculpt Atelier LLC to use photos or videos taken in the studio for marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing. 10. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent. See our full privacy policy for details. 11. Modifications to Terms Sculpt Atelier LLC reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
