Cassandra Provenzano
Cassandra Provenzano is the visionary founder and owner of Sculpt Atelier, a luxury hot mat studio blending strength, creativity, and elegance. Her journey began at age 15 when she discovered strength training as a way to elevate her performance as a competitive dancer, a passion she pursued from ages 6 to 18.
At 18, Cassandra began working in the fitness industry, eventually rising to a management role at a local commercial gym. In 2022, she and her husband, Frank, opened their first studio, ProConcepts, a personal training gym, combining their talents to help clients achieve strength and confidence.
Cassandra is also a New Jersey board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant and spent three years practicing in a clinic in Freehold. This clinical background gives her a deep understanding of movement mechanics, injury prevention, and functional training, all of which inform her method today.
Sculpt Atelier represents the evolution of her journey, a space designed to inspire women to move beautifully, build strength, and feel confident both on and off the mat.
Nina Mcmerty
Nina discovered Pilates during a challenging time in her life, when chronic knee pain and mental health struggles made it hard to stay consistent with her health goals. Through mindful movement, breath work, and a deeper mind-body connection, she found a practice that made her feel her best mentally and physically. She quickly fell in love with how pilates helped her move with purpose, build strength without pain, and reconnect with my body in a positive way. As a licensed occupational therapist, she brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and passion for movement to her classes. She is dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where clients feel empowered, educated, and inspired to move with intention. Nina’s goal is to help each person feel their best—mentally and physically—while building consistency and confidence in their wellness journey.
Nadeen Connolly
With a strong background in CrossFit and strength training, Nadeen brings power and precision to every workout she teaches. Her passion for fitness runs deep, but recently she discovered a new love for sculpt-style workouts that combine strength, control, and rhythm in a whole new way.
When she’s not in the studio, Nadeen is juggling school as she works toward becoming a dental hygienist—mastering the art of balance both in and out of the classroom.
You can catch Nadeen on Saturdays teaching our signature Strength class, where she blends her love of lifting with sculpt-inspired movement to create a challenging, empowering experience that leaves clients feeling strong and confident.
Tasia brullo
Tasia has spent years working in nearly every role within the fitness industry, from personal training to studio operations. Her passion for movement has always centered around mat-based workouts and the energy of group fitness.
She loves the way these workouts make her feel—strong, connected, and empowered—and she brings that same energy to every class she teaches. As an instructor, Tasia’s goal is simple: to make that hour of your day the one you look forward to most.
Her classes are upbeat, motivating, and designed to leave you feeling confident, accomplished, and ready to take on anything.
Deanna Mcmerty
Deanna is a proud mom of four—and one sweet golden doodle. With over 25 years of experience as a Director of Sales & Services in healthcare software, she’s built a successful career rooted in dedication, leadership, and connection.
Despite a busy schedule, health and fitness have always been her grounding force. For more than two decades, Deanna began each day with movement—running consistently and completing two marathons and over 30 races.
When she discovered Pilates, everything changed. The mind-body connection, strength, and balance it created offered something she had never experienced before. Pilates not only transformed her body but also deepened her sense of presence and confidence.
Inspired by that transformation, Deanna became a Pilates instructor to share the same feeling with others. Her classes are known for being fun, challenging, and empowering—each one designed to help clients build strength, improve posture, and leave the studio feeling confident and energized.
